The Bengals need to suck it up, break the norm and make a damn trade

The new owner and new GM of Raiders sure cried about how the previous owner left them in bad shape paying Palmer to play for Arizona and those picks for Palmer going to Bengals.  I'm going on how much the new owner and new GM cried about it.   No matter how you describe it, I think it really is stupid for a team to pay a player millions of dollars to play for another team.  Heck, if you have to pay him, you might as well keep him.  The Reds were paying millions to Brandon Phillips to play for Atlanta. Sports teams do this, but it is kind of stupid.  Reds paid The Moose a ton of money to play his last year for another team, them they cry that they have no money for players.  I think paying a guy millions to pay for another team is not a vey good front office. Now Reds have did well the opposite way when they get a player some other team is paying his salary. If the player does bad, so what, and if the player does good and you aren't even paying him, that is a steal, 

Back to Trades.  Who are we getting and who are we giving up.  Fans love to talk trades, but they aren't that easy to pull off.  Probably the only help Bengals will get at DT and DB this season is if some inured Bengals get healthy.
