The Bengals need to suck it up, break the norm and make a damn trade

There are only a few positions that are plug and play. There are two reasons for the Bengals to trade during the season. 1) Buy a partial season of performance at a position with an acute need. 2) A player with potential on a rookie contract with at least a year left. I agree with the team that day 1&2 draft picks are valuable, not so much about day 3.
