It's like you didnt pay any attention as to why he wasnt hired anywhere else this offseason?  

Bill wants a ton of control.  We wont give it to him and his drafting sucks about as bad as Duke.

Also, we would go through OCs every other year.

Hiring Vrabel to take over the defense is the first step, IMHO.
