This team has one 5T DT and he was signed off the street a week ago. 
This team has ZERO edge rushing LBs.  

We do not need a 3-4 defense we need a 4-3 defense.

3-4 would be upgrade over what we run now but yeah personnel fits 4-3 better at this point in time.
