We are looking at worst case scenario for a Chase extension.
#8
Word is Chase wanted a 3 year extension which defeated the purpose of signing 2 years early but it also pushed Chase's extension into the same off-season as a possible Trey Hendrickson extension. We are talking around 60 million in just signing bonuses for the two of them that's close to more than the Bengals make in net profit for a season.

Anyone expecting a big free agency year in 2025 are going to be disappointed. (And why possibly trading Tee for picks at the deadline is important.)
