Zac's Prevent Offense

Wish they’d start sprinkling in Burton, even if his route tree isn’t ready (or whatever reason he hasn’t been seeing the field). Zac was so fired up to draft the kid and he’s been buried all preseason and almost midway through the regular season. Geseki ain’t it. Yoshi is situational at best. Our other TEs are either poor pass catchers (Sample) or rookies (All Jr. and a weekly inactive McC) that can’t be relied upon yet. Why not use Burton for clearing out underneath stuff? So what if a defense knows he’s only out there running three routes, when his ball tracking and long ball catching was ELITE coming out of college? He still needs to be accounted for, whether the play is going to him or if he’s simply being used to scheme the underneath guys easy catches. Something no other receivers besides Chase and Tee possess currently.
