The ***** of it is having to outguess the cooks. If I really want medium-well am I better off asking for that, or do they have a tendency to overcook or undercook things?
I like them to leave a little pink in there, but I get your point. How am I supposed to enjoy my mashed potatoes if the steak blood is seeping into them?
