To me, I'd eyeball Cooper Kupp. The Rams are reportedly willing to pick up a chunk of his salary if he's traded and he has 2 years left on his contract after this one. That would make losing Tee a lot less of a dire proposition, in addition to being a massive upgrade this year.
No offense to Cooper Kupp, but he's on the hook for a lot of money. His cap hit for next season is $30M. If the Bengals are going to pay a WR not named Jamarr Chase $30M next season, I hope that guy is Tee Higgins.
