Control freaks don’t pick and choose what to control. Zac gives Joe unprecedented control on gameday. When he was hurt last year he was on the headset. He also gives the offensive coaches unprecedented involvement in the offensive game plan and on game day. He’s completely tailored the offense to what Joe likes.
