Until a decision is made that the franchise is committed to presenting a fundamentally solid football team, nothing will change. Zac doesn't demand perfection in the fundamental skills of blocking and tackling. You could stock them with 5 All Pros up front and it still wouldn't make much of a difference without a demand for excellence in execution from the head coach.
If this team dedicated even half of the energy they spend on route running and timing on orchestrated blocking execution, then this team would be night and day better.
