I'm not sure how that was year-by-year in the past for Herbert, but the Bears at least right now have a quite good OL. I think that was largely an excuse for why Justin Fields was just a shit QB. Kind of like how people in the media (non-Panthers fans) love to blame the Panthers OL right now but they're pretty good and Bryce Young just isn't.
