Why is that stupid? he's echoing exactly what JB has asserted in the past. 

We could go back to Andy Dalton days of quick release, but IDT Joe wants that.

Of course, everyone wants JB to be able to take the time he wants and not get hit but we've tried every off-season to improve the online. Cappa was once one of those moves but now he's digressed. I would not be surprised to see it addressed this off-season
