This front office and current group of players has had more success than just about any other team the Bengals have ever fielded. Five years, 2 AFCN titles, and AFC Championship, 2 AFCCGs and a Super Bowl. Probably would have had more playoff wins last year had Burrow not gotten hurt instead of just missing the playoffs while finishing the season with a backup Quarterback. To me, this is just a snapshot of today's "I want everything and I want it now" mentality. The last few years have absolutely spoiled the Bengals fanbase that just 6 years ago was simply begging for a playoff win before they die. And now people are cutting out on them. Teams will have up and down years. This one is not going the way we'd all like, but they are still fighting for a spot. Just about any other team in the league not named the Chiefs would trade our last 5 years for theirs in a heartbeat. Get a grip.
The goal is a championship not a participation trophy, you enjoy the playoff losses (just being there) while other people don't. The "I want everything and I want it now" narrative is hilarious when we've never won a Super Bowl. Compare our fan base to Baltimore or Pitt, last week Balt fans booed when our offense was humming, they don't settle for mediocrity. You have a problem with people complaining about their team, I have a problem with that. You are trying to tell people how to be a fan. I don't know what you expected this year record wise, but I expected 13 wins this year and we're not going to make the playoffs. I swear there's a few posters on here that remind me of DennyG from the old boards.
