This team was built through free agency and the team spent money doing it.  They really need to get the Chase thing figured out and done so they can have a good offseason.

Reader, Trey, Cappa, Karras, Orlando Brown, Hilton, Von Bell..... those guys were all free agent signings.  

As for drafting, that's a direct result of the amount of time and resources that the team puts into it.  it's the one thing I would really love to see brought up to the modern era.

Yes and start by hiring a real GM
