Joe Burrow is here and in his prime, now is the time to make the changes so we can win it all with him. Honestly believe the Blackburns feel
the same. You think they want to waste Joe Burrow's career after they just paid him top 5 QB money? I don't?
Dude has been Director of Player Personnel for the Bengals since before he turned 30 years old.
Looking back at his prior history, he played a couple seasons of Arena Football in his mid-20's then became Bengals director of player personnel just a few years later.
I don't believe he had any scouting or NFL job prior to this though, at least not what I can find.
His father, Bill, had been a director of player personnel and GM from the late 80's to early 2000's.
I would imagine that's where Duke learned from.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
