Why Not Franchise Tag Tee Higgins Twice?

I used to but he is right there with AJ Green in my book a bum that turned his back on his team after being tagged.

Frankly, I just don't see him ever returning to form from his first 3 years.  Those soft tissue injuries can be tough to prevent depending on the player.
I wouldn't mind resigning him but it would have to be for a team-friendly deal.  Maybe if Burton somehow grows up, we won't have to worry about it anymore.

I do not want the guy back even on a long turn deal. I just cannot root for a guy that stabs you in the back once. I hope he gets an incentive deal as well and falls on his face and fails like so many others that turned their back on us thinking the grass is greener someplace else. They either failed in performance or ended up in losing programs.
