I do personally agree with your sentiment. Benchmark organizations experiencing success and see how you can implement their practices.

The problem with that theory is that while Paul Brown understood the value of fundamental players and drafted and assembled his teams accordingly, Mike seems to put tremendous value on the perimeter positions.
