It looks like Elizabeth is just looking at something else during what appears to be a pause in the game due to an injury.
I'm not sure what she is looking at and there seems to be someone to her left looking at the same thing. Maybe some kind of replay screen or something? I don't see anything from that clip to make an issue out of.
