Zac Taylor is not going to be replaced. Nor should he. The problem is the lousy drafting and not getting enough high-quality free agents (or keeping ones that are filling key roles, like Reader). The team has a deficit of talent.
The team made one wise decision in signing Burrow before the cap exploded, making his contract reasonable, all things considered. But they messed up the Chase signing by delaying, because now he is likely to lead the league in receiving yards.
