I wholeheartedly agree — but my father was from Italy so our Thanksgiving dinners never featured stuffing. We had celery casserole or spinach balls instead. I can’t stand stuffing — and cranberry sauce is disgusting too.

Please share how to make British stuffing and I might try it next year.
