I hope Burrow’s comments resonate with the FO/Ownership because I’m getting old and no matter how pissed I get I know I’m not quitting my fandom.
I just do not understand the DNA of a family that knows they are a complete laughing stock to their peers, knows they are ridiculed by the National media, knows that the fans are begging them to be competitive but are so freaking stubborn and callous that they just say screw everyone. It is the DNA of a loser born on third base and thinking he did something. Mike Brown and his family will have their legacy be they were the most incompetent ownership group in sports.
Sad thing is, if they committed to winning, they would likely make more money but they will play it safe and milk the cow dry.
