Reading this kinda got me wondering. How much influence will Joe have on next seasons roster? Coaching changes? Who the OC is? Even players on defense? Just on and on. It's something for him to state in public we'll see who needs to stay and who doesn't.
This team obviously needs a reboot on defense but the offense needs much change as well IMHO. Yes I know near the top on offensive stats. But I still believe it's a bit of a mirage because Joe Burrow and Chase are the ultimate mascara.
In other words we can be way more efficient with some changes.
At least I think Joe has a ton of say, way more than Carson did. I think we will see changes, the Defensives staff should all be let go. Pollack
should be let go as his young players have not improved at all and Cappa, Jonah and even Karras have regressed. Orlando wasn't good last
year but he is better this year and I think that is more because of him than coaching. Mims is very talented and polished for a rookie.
