Influence may be a better word but I agree. I mean I don't think Joe is going to go into a Front Office post season meeting and pound on the table demanding a new whatever? I don't think the Brown family will just say "Joe, you're running the show, what do you want?"

But I do feel they will listen to what Joe has to say (he's that kinda guy) and probably will act on some of it. And I can see JB, behind closed doors, having a big influence. 

Joe's not gonna come out in public and say the interior Olinemen suck, the defense is putridly awful, Stone is a joke at S, we have no DT's, and on and on.

But I feel when he talks, people listen.
