I agree that at least one coordinator needs to go, Anarumo for sure. I'm willing to give Pitcher a pass as the passing game has been strong all year. The changes needed on offense have more to do with a change in mindset from Zac Taylor than anything. He has to respect the power of using a rushing attack and the value of having tough people movers on the inside of the OL. A change in OL coach would provide great cover for Taylor to change his philosophy without having to blatantly admit that he's been wrong.

2 new guards for example Teven Jenkins and James Daniels and I think we'd be much better off. I would still draft an OL within the first 3 rounds tho as we need depth. This would allow us to run the ball more effectively and potentially be even more explosive. Replacing Pollack with a new scheme and someone who can actually COACH would be the first priority tho.
