To the OP; the problem with this defense is lack of Athlectisim and lack of playmakers. You can tell its also a unit that doesn't trust each other and doesn’t communicate well with each other. 

I'm not saying that Duke is guilt free, the question that I responded to asked about the quality of tools that Anarumo was given to work with.  Also, if you don't think that coaches have input into the draft, I feel like you're sadly mistaken. Take a look at the "war room" camera shots during the next draft.
