As we witnessed on Sunday, those high torso tackle attempts simply don't work and even lead to inadvertent grabs of the facemask, while the ball carrier spins and fights for more yardage.

Our tackling has been atrocious. Last week was the worst I've seen for a while. I don't think I've ever seen a defense as sloppy as ours last week. Missed tackles, over pursuits, lack of speed, etc. You name it, they displayed it. We had guys flying all over the place with no discipline or focus. This defense is made in China!
