you dont think he's telling the other players about his gripes? How the front office is handling it? Of course he is.

It's just like any other company. Employees aren't treated right, they talk shit and start despising the organization they work for. 

Does that carry over to the field on Sundays? Prob not directly, but it most likely does indirectly. Slacking off on film, workouts, not putting in as much effort for game preperation.
