It's a collectable.  Joe is earning 29 million just this year alone with 219 million guaranteed.  That purchase to him is like someone with an average income buying a bicycle.  He could probably spend half a day doing a 30 second commercial for some company and make back most of that $3 million.  :)

I think it is great that he can enjoy his money the way he wants.  I'd be willing to bet all of us have purchased things we enjoy for one reason or another that others would say is money wasted.  

Heck just the other day someone spent $1.02 on my only fans to watch me eat Skyline.  But looking back perhaps I misunderstood when they said they wanted to see a 3 way.
