Plus like you said the Wizard of Oz Ruby Red Slippers went for $28 million so this could be a great investment. If not he only loses 3 weeks pay and will survive. Plus has a cool Batmobile to play with that will always be worth something even if not more. .   

The difference is the money he makes weekly is game checks he works for that. The money from interest that's 2m a year for just having money. There's a point where you can have enough money that it's damn near impossible to spend in a year more than you make in just interest.
