Ultimately, though, if Joe was going to exert influence to get Tee paid, why didn't it happen this year? Or last year?
I'm sure Joe wants to keep Tee, but this is also probably a case of, "if you're letting Tee go, you'd better..."
Id rather use that cap hit for two or three very solid FA signings and look to draft on a tallish WR that can make some plays
Tee has not been too available that couple yrs so you risk paying a guy that may play 75% of season or less?
