I think we need him to come through so it's not a wasted pick and to make it easier or have some leverage if Tee plays hardball.  

Like I said, I'm hoping Burrow shows some leadership and sits him down to tell him "look, we need you. I run this team. Quit being a dumbass or you'll never see the ball or the field."
