I think it's a bit harsh to:
A) Assume just because someone isn't overly social with the team members that they may have a learning disability or be on the spectrum. They may just be introverted. And/or...
B) Assume someone isn't succeeding because they may be on the spectrum. There are many instances where someone on the spectrum is incredibly intelligent and talented.
My personal view is Burton just doesn't seem to understand the need or care to put in the level of dedication and responsibility to do these little things that many in the NFL seem to do.
He more comes off as, "Why is it a big deal if I'm late or miss X, don't do Y, etc?"
He seems to want to be given playing time and just go out and ball, but that usually doesn't sit well with most NFL coaches.
At the end of the day, Burton got 3 offensive snaps against the Titans and has only 120 on the year with just 4 receptions, no more than 1 reception in any game.
He's going to have to find a way to put in work this offseason (albeit it physical or mental) if he means to impress Burrow and the staff to get more playing time and make a name for himself in Year 2.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
Sorry for Party Rocking!
