We have had a few conversations over the years about actual outer space and the weaponization of the atmosphere. My friend is quite legit and has great knowledge on the SF. His immediate yes is gospel as far as I am concerned.
I am not arguing his legitimacy as a source, just noting other positions and reasons as to why the "drones" may be out there without making it political fodder.
Is there a better way to look for a highly radioactive materials without inducing mass panic?
But again the question arises, why only at night, and why the running lights, which make them easier to see?
