Not to be a poopy pants, but isn't the Space Force like the new I-75 bridge over the Ohio at the 'nati? Funding approved but no boots on the ground? Or Mars? Or anywhere in the final frontier? How does one put boots on the ground is space...?
I thought it was some capitalist's wet dream to find a new way to suck the gubmint teat (looking at you Musk et al military contractors) but a wet dream we still could wake up from and spend the money on, I dunno, helping homeless veterans or building neighborhood schools and paying the people who staff them better, or bridges and other infrastructures. Nah, lets build an ultasonic fart blaster so we can stink out aliens who are out of phaser range. Go Space Farce!
