That’s the state of TE in the league right now. He is literally 13th in the league for TE receiving yards. His target share is even pretty low at that relative to those ahead of him. Also worth noting his yards per reception is pretty high relative to many of the other TE’s.
The blocking thing, thats not uncommon for flex tightends. He’s basically a poor mans Evan Engram or Kyle Pitts with worse PR. They aren’t traditional inline guys but there are very few guys anymore that are good enough at both things to be effective in all situations in the NFL.
