Think it is worth giving him another year to see how he progresses in the offseason and how serious he takes it after having a failed year already under his belt.

Personally like to see how people respond to adversity before making my final judgement, but up until now he has been a failure in his rookie season and things will have to change moving forward.

And that happens a good bit and may well be spot on?

I'm still trying to hold out hope but it's wearing thin.
