Cochran you may not be able to count based off of him only starting 1 game, but he others have shown promise. I think. We can find fault in any Coach, Burrow is going to get hit a lot. It’s his style of play.
It’s hard for me to call for heads on offense given the breakout years it produced, and with there being some signs of development on the Oline I’m no longer sold Pollack is gone.
I mean let’s be honest. Fans barely miss Orlando Brown. With Ford starting. There’s no panic or hopes for him to return around here at this key moment in the season. This may not be the year for fans to turn their ire on Pollack. I think he’s coached well this season.
I think that it was the hallowed Paul Alexander that once stated, "I can't work on technique in season, we've got next week's protections and executions to work on". So no, I do not think that Pollack has "improved" anyone during the season. Cody Ford had a lot of potential coming out of Oklahoma, he's just now blossoming into what he could have been from the beginning. Cochran showed some good scruff, but teams don't have much tape on him. I like him, hopefully he can continue to develop. As far as Mims goes, he's just operating off of what he learned at UGA and progressing it forward.
Yeah, the Tackle position looks to be in decent shape, but in true Mike Brown fashion the interior is a collection of has-beens and never were's.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
