Now instead of the Bengals controlling their destiny going into PIT to lock in a playoff spot, they have to rely on a handful of losses from other teams even if they win (1 from each of DEN, IND, and MIA across 5 games).
It does make me wonder if Bengals-Steelers will be the flex game next Sunday night since potentially it may be the only game where both teams have something to play for.
If things break right tomorrow/Monday night it may be the Vikings/Lions game, which could determine not just the NFCN winner, but also the #1 seed in the NFC. But, if the NFCN is settled before then (and I'd like it to be), you could be right. I'd rather we stay at 1:00, though.
