It’s not either or, as someone else said.

we have spent money..not wisely unfortunately..and as such we will have to spend money again..not only on defensive line..but the interior offensive line, linebackers , defensive backs..Keeping Higgins and what will pronabaly be a 25 million dollar a year salary is not realistic
