actually he is..Tee Higgins is one of those receivers that is an absolute brilliant artist and can make catches that many others cant ..those brilliant catches are far and few between..we need a number 2-3 receiver that can stay healthy..run their routes and make 10-12-14 yard catches..there are many playing now in college and the NFL...the real problem with this organization, more often than not,  is that they cant identify goodplayers in college that will transition well to the NFL etc..IF they can afford to keep Higgins so be it..but we will always be where we are.".close but no cigar" until organizational changes are made  and we enlarge and enhance our scouting department
