statistically..the Bengals do very well even when Higgins is not in the game..the biggest question this off-season is not Higgins..and hopefully Burrow has inputed by now...is the scouting department..or lack thereof..and as you alluded to a number of coaches that should be gone  I don't care what the team does or players that hey acquire..if this is not addressed..we may come close..but "never get the cigar"..Let us hope ..keep our fingers crossed that some definitive changes are made
