Way too generous for a WR who is playing opposite Chase, who gets all of the defensive attention, and catching balls from a top 3 QB, saying top 3 to eliminate argument.
He has not battled the #1 CB, garnered extra attention from a defense, or play with a non-elite QB.
If he goes to another team, he will underwhelm, as Bengals receiver's have done historically.
