Bottom line is would you rather see Tee Higgins as WR2 or Iosivas? Iosivas has made some good gains in his game this year, but I don't feel like he's at a level to replace a Tee Higgins. With Higgins' value dropping after two years of hamstring injuries, I think that he could be signed to a manageable contract.
