It’s not a great comparison, imo. For one, KC had 2 other HoF caliber players on the team besides Mahomes in Kelce and Jones. They also draft infinitely better than the Bengals so the picks they got for Tyreek actually turned into another true impact player in Trent McDuffie. They were better suited to trade away a proven commodity when they still had 3 upper echelon players, and a FO who actually knows how to draft. Not to mention they didn’t trade away Tyreek when he was only 25 years old.
