Tee vs a NEW D

(It's not just about Tee's abilities but he commands attn and makes Chase better too)

Spend loot to have a D that is mid-tier ...let's go w a 5-6

Cincinnati can have a viable D if they can sign a couple of quality but aging DL's and DB's and keep Hendrickson, and then just make certain they DRAFT WELL.  Don't forget this is the owner that drafter John Ross over Patrick Mahomes and TJ Watt.
