These articles say teammate, I heard on the television earlier they were roommates.
I was just reading about this kid a few minutes ago. He has a younger brother playing football at Texas Christian, if I remember what I read correctly.
I've been to NO many times. The asshat that did this knew that eventually they move the vehicle barriers. This attack was definitely a planned one. I can vividly imagine in my mind what it would have been like. Those old streets in the quarter are narrow. It would have been nearly impossible to get out of the way of a fast moving vehicle in there.
