She may be part of the future but I don't think her current position, which appears to be be mostly marketing based, also includes participating in decisions regarding GMs, coaches, scouting departments, free agency, and making other leadership staff or roster decisions. Again I could be wrong but her current title doesn't suggest that. As of now according to the current front office structure those decisions seem to be mostly up to Katie, Troy, Mike B and Duke Tobin. Of course that doesn't eliminate the idea of Elizabeth making some suggestions to her parents. However, I think there is a pretty large leap between managing fan engagement and managing a multi billion dollar pro football team. I'm not trying to downplay her accomplishments as I think she has done a great job at her current position. I just think it is going to be awhile before she takes on a more significant leadership role.
The reason I asked though is because I have seen that confused several times by others. I think Elizabeth being more known recently due to marketing efforts might have lead to that confusion. But I'm sure as long as the family owns the team she, her sister and other family members will eventually move up in the leadership hierarchy.
