Salary cap is going to keep going up and as long as Joe, Tee and Ja'marr have gotten together and they're not gonna try to be the highest paid at their respective positions--the Bengals should be able to pay them and still upgrade other positions.

It's not like they're weighed down with a few other massive contracts already. 

and that known quantity you speak to has chronic tendionapthy. an injury that causes him to miss a third of the season...that wil only get worse with age..do you sign said player to a long term contract..that would be a difficult decision for me..I was in health care for many years..Tee is a great receiver..but he is a hair's breath from a torn hamstring..Higgins is not being kept out of games because his hamstring is too painful to play on..this .as you know can be addressed by meds..he is being rested because of the serious possibility of that hamstring tearing and ending his career..I would imagine that t is this..not the money that is concerning the powers that be of the bengals
