Outside of Jeanty and McMillian (and Hunter if you want to call him a WR) the top end of the entire Offensive Class is meh.

I agree. It means Tee Higgins value for a tag and trade goes up. It seems bad WR classes at the top end up with 2 or 3 surprise WR/s after round 3.
