Chase won't get 40m aav. 

Justin Jefferson only gets 35m aav at the top of the market there is zero reason for the Bengals to reset WR market that much one season later. They can do like 36 or 36.5m and give Chase his 120m guaranteed which is 10m more guaranteed than Jeffersons 110m.
